Synchronicities
I recently read an article on "Synchronicity". It was quite interesting. Carl Jung suggested many years ago that there is a physical world which we perceive and an ethereal world which we dont but that the two are interlinked and that what we most often call luck or coincidence is the result of synchronicity.
That was an interesting idea. For those of you who have watched "The Secret", you'll know what I'm talking about. That is when the universe seems to bring things to you just at the moment u need them. For those of you who are religious, it's what you call "answered prayer". The important thing no matter what you ascribe it to is that you start to understand and seek synchronicity.
Understand that you are part of a large energy force which exists to answer your needs. When you close yourself off to that energy force, whether by being overly pragmatic or depressed or stressed, the universe cannot meet your needs because as it is pushing, you are pulling. You are being "ying" to its "yang".
Cease that to and fro'ing and interesting things happen. Suddenly, things go right when you want them to...this effect has been described in many ways...serendipity, luck, coincidence...by seeking and looking for synchronicity and tuning into your inner self, you start to let the universe work for you...
When I first watched "The Secret", my feeling was the same as many people who have commented on it...how can the universe meet EVERYONE's NEED...then I realized...there is abundance, you just have to be open to and seeking it.
Sometimes, the answer you get is not what you are seeking so a lot of the time, YOU REFUSE IT...For example, say you have lots of bills to pay, you work at a job you hate and it's not paying the bills, you want out but u spend ALL YOUR ENERGY fighting the instinct that says QUIT THAT JOB!!! That is a great example of the universe trying to meet your need and you flowing against it. Yes, life does throw you curve balls but here is the interesting fact....
If you did chuck that job and go after that thing, that passion you have had for whatever, you are more likely to succeed than fail at it because you will throw yourself wholeheartedly into it, enjoying what you are doing and expect to succeed at it thereby aligning yourself WITH your goal and thus, the universe can now deliver....and that is when your synchronicities will start to occur FREQUENTLY...not because they weren't there before...but because you can SEE them now that you are open to them.
So my challenge to you, my friends, is to trust the universe (or God) for those of you who believe in him...TRUST that it or he will deliver on what you want...Want it, live it, breathe it, dream it AND be willing to LET GO of what is standing in the way of your achieving your dreams and I guarantee, yes, GUARANTEE, that you'll be writing to me to tell me ALL your synchronicities that lead to your success....
It has taken me a few times watching "The Secret" to understand that truth...interestingly, there is stuff in the Bible about that...couched in more biblical terms...now, let me tell you, that blew me away...
You see so much anger in the "christian" press against "The Secret" that when I realized that they actually are saying the same thing, I was freaked out...basically, the people in the Bible realized the same thing...the Universe, aka GOD or Yahweh or whatever name you choose to call the energy is there to give you what you want...
Believe, trust in the universe's ability to MEET YOUR NEED...FOCUS ON YOUR NEED...EXPECT THAT THE NEED WILL BE MET.......AND, the universe WILL DELIVER.
Close yourself off by being stressed, depressed, angry, or obstinate about HOW YOU want things to be done, and you will miss out on the synchronicities that deliver the answer to your needs...now THAT IS UNREAL...I tell you, it was an epiphany to me...
Now of course, if your needs are negative energies, ie you want your boss's head on a plate then, u might not get what u want...don't worry, I'll study this some more and get back to u on why not...remember, positive energy is rewarded...physics tells us that negative energy will be rewarded too...the how...???disease, illhealth, death...I don't know...haven't spent much time researching that part of it. I was too busy trying to realize better goals and getting rid of angst, anger and useless emotions...
