Visualization and Materialization
Today has been an interesting day. I have spent most of today engaged in an inward quest.
In addition to listening to tapes on health and wellness and how to create that reality, I spent sometime listening to a tape by Joe Vitale on manifesting ur reality.
Listening to that man is so inspirational and I am off to buy his book "the Attractor Factor". This is a man who has known what it is to feel the pain of loss but has risen from that to come to riches...illustrating the power of what has been said. The universe exists to give u what u want...all u have to do is ask.
How neat is that. So anyway, i have been using that whole process but what I've realized is that I have to make a dream board. Why u might ask...becoz u get bogged down in the little shit and forget to focus on what u want and not on the garbage that's in ur life.
By leaving what I want in my head, I get trapped into the negative things that happen, focus and linger over them and guess what energy I then start attracting???
So i'm working on a dream board....Have the dream house already listed, just need to work on a few others...and as they said, if u don't visualize what u want CLEARLY, how do u expect to get it...
So, I'm working on putting myself in the frame of mind to do exactly that.
